Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was directed to this enterprise by my insurance company who was paying for my rental during a repair. The whole team at this office was outstanding throughout my rental period with them. They picked me up at the body shop where I dropped my car and although they only had a full sized pick up truck for us at the time, they called us as soon as they had something more fuel efficient (I already have one pick up at home, didn't need to put fuel in two!)nnThey called us on a Friday to swap cars and of course I got stuck late at work (and the enterprise is closed Saturday and Sunday). When we called they said it was no problem they would stay late and wait for us! We made it there shortly after closing (5PM) and they were true to their word. They weren’t just staying late to help me either, there was another customer there as well.nnA few days later they also called to tell me that my insurance company had contacted them and told them they would no longer be paying for my rental. Something my insurance company did think was important enough to call and tell me, their paying customer. If enterprise had not called me and told me this I would have been stuck paying out of pocket and not even known it!nnThank you to the entire team at Hamburg PA Enterprise for going above and beyond!
