The Branch Manager, Jen, is a lifesaver!! Super nice and polite and very quick to assist. I've been a customer here for over 10 years and it keeps getting better. Thanks so much for your willingness to help customers as soon as you open, or right before you close.

This enterprise is the best one to go to if you’re debating between which locations to go to. They tell you everything you need to know upfront as far as prices and what coverages you have “depending on what your personal car insurance company covers” and they’re super friendly and professional. 10/10 recommend. I prefer this location over the Collegeville location 100%. Don’t waste your time going to Collegeville, they charge you with hidden fees that are not supposed to be billed to you, but your insurance company instead and they will not refund you your 50 or 100 dollar deposit that IS refundable to you when you return your vehicle. Save yourself the stress and go to this location only !

It was a good experience, the car was good and not smelly. Only had problem when I returned the car on Sunday, the guy who handed me the key said that if I returned on Sunday I wouldn’t have to pay for Monday (even though I rented from Fri-Mon because the place is closed on Sundays). Once I returned the car they charged me the full rental price, when I called to talk about the woman on the phone accepted to refund part of the money, but she was very rude acting like if I was lying or a bad person trying to take advantage. She repeated a couple of times “it’s in the contract, you can read it!” overall the experience was good, just recommend that this woman get some training to deal better with people.

I always rent from this Enterprise. Employees are always nice and I've never really had an issue. Docking a star because on my last trip there, they didn't have the type of vehicle I had reserved and charged me for the upgrade. Should've just given it to me since that was on their end. But I'll rent here again.

It has never been so fast and painless to rent a car. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and make sure as a customer I was totally satisfied. And I am. Thank you for all your help!
