While the clerk was nice, he didn’t give any details of the rental contract, how it worked, or fees. Seemed rushed. Ran my card after it was turned in, with no notice or explanation of fees. I was charged $10/gallon for gas! The tank was close to half, I didn’t return it on empty.

Car came without heater and after a ride check engine light on after a day engine over heating, they don’t care about maintenance.

Guy was working alone with 3 people in front of me. Politely and efficiently dealt with all customers and got me out in a vehicle quick.

I rent cars from this location often and never have any issues. All of the staff I have dealt with have been great, especially Jim, Eric, and Christine. Hassle free transactions with outstanding flexibility for my sometimes ever changing travel plans! This is always my rental place of choice for the Reading area.
