Excellent service, the employee stayed past working hours on Saturday in order to help me. I really appreciate that.

If this could be zero stars it would be. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. The female associate was rude, disrespectful, and totally out to ruin our day. We were directed to this location to exchange a car because of a technical issue. As we begin to engage in a conversation around the exchange, we were asked to pay for the gas. Our rental was not over and I had to bring it in because it broke down? You want me to put gas in a car that I wont drive? After I refused, she refused us service. She said you can go somewhere else. So we had to drive to Allentown. I was told that is location is a franchise and not corporate. Do not go here...this location does not deserve your business. I hope the leadership here is able to work with their employees. Allentown handled the situation perfectly and I was thankful they understood the inconvenience we were dealing with.

I love Avis and have been renting cars there for over 20 yrs. The staff at this particular location is very nice and pleasant. She is always helpful and keeps a smile on her face. When you arrive she makes it her business to know who you are and address you by name as you approach.

Fidel who runs the show there is amazing. Always does her best to take care of you. Been renting for 7 years won’t rent anywhere else
