This location provides excellent customer service. Vehicle was clean and served me well during my trip. Easy pick-up and drop-off location at the airport.
Just wanted to recognize our local Bellingham Hertz for being really helpful and courteous. Great to have a local location. I use this location almost monthly and I’ve had positive experiences for my business and personal rentals.
The rental agent at the counter was very rude and short with me for the whole conversation. When I asked him a question he seemed upset that I would even ask him anything but maybe he was just having a bad day but, it still didn’t feel great to be treated like that. The person I dropped off the keys with was great and really friendly and the rental I got was clean and worked well.
Fast, friendly & very accommodating! Excellent customer service and great value with nice clean reliable cars
