Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Easy to rent from. Local pickup and return. Not the car I requested, still a decent vehiclenReturn was just as easy. Let agent go over my rental and gave me a receipt. Even received a ride home when my pick up failed to show. Will definitely rent from them again!

We called to ask what they had in stock. They were getting one in the morning. We were to meet at business at 10:00 am next morning. They called that morning to tell us car wasn't ready yet but come at 12:30. We arrived to find a suv which was an upgrade from economy car. I was very pleased. Everything went well with the transaction. I had vehicle for 4 days and returned it then. All went well. I enjoyed my visit and I will definitely use Enterprise Rental Cars again

I was put in an economy sized car from the girls insurance that hit me. On a Friday before my car went in the shop on Monday, enterprise said they were putting me in a Mitsubishi when I spoke with them. Monday I get to the shop to drop my car off & they bring me a car bigger than mine. It was not the car discuses on Friday that they were to give me. All I wanted was something similar to my car while my car was being repaired from an accident that wasn’t my fault! We go back to the shop across the parking lot and she shows me a Ford Fiesta. From the outside I’m like ok. Driving home I realize that I can not drive this car. I put the seat back as far as it can go and that didn’t help! My knees were in the dashboard and my right leg was bothering me by the time I got home. I called and asked if I can be put in a medium sized car because this one wasn’t working out. He said he would call me the next day (Tuesday). As expected the guy never called! I called again Wednesday and the guy said the same thing. I’ll call if we have something. All the enterprise stores around here & you mean to tell me they couldn’t get me a car from one of the others? I get down there to take the car back after filling up the tank & getting it under a tank of gas. I pull up and there’s a lady getting a Nissan Altima. I was confused because all week I couldn’t get a car but I pull up and presto! They have a car & given it to someone else. I really don’t think they tried much to help me with my situation at all!!!! The one guy was getting smart with me & at the end of the day they made me feel like all of this was my fault. It wasn’t! I will never get a car from Beaver enterprise again! They showed no compassion at all! They just said they’d call me back and never did. And when I did speak to the one guy he gave me attitude.

Great service. Very quick to get paperwork complete with a through walk around. Vehicle was extremely clean. The return and follow up documents were easy to do. Highly recommended.

George Downs, the Assistant Branch Manager, at the Enterprise rental facility in Beaver, PA was very accommodating and friendly. We had to swap cars and then revise our contract a number of times over the course of 8 weeks and he and his staff were great!nnThe issues we had were issues with Enterprise, not the employees - they were: 1) We had changed our reservation online before our trip and there was no record of it when we checked in, 2) we had requested a smaller car and unfortunately, there really were none to choose from - the one that popped up after a week or so was so tiny that we didn't feel comfortable trading what we had for that one, so we passed, 3) It is unfortunate that it is difficult for Enterprise to enforce the no smoking policy - the car smelled of smoke and it did dissipate a bit over time, but was always there in the background. These things are no reflection on the service we received from George and his staff.
