Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My rental experience with Enterprise was great. In particular, the manager at the Irwin location was great to work with. It was easy to pick the car up, even as they were very busy that morning. The car was great, and the drop off was very easy.

The SUV we rented was wonderful it was clean and good on gas. My family really enjoyed it. We are thinking about upgrading are car to a truck because of Enterprise.

They were very helpful when the vehicle, a Tahoe, i initially rented was not going to work since it had bucket seats in the middle row. They accommodated me and switched me to an excursion. Took a star away since it would have been nice to know more about the vehicle like the fact that it idles down at stops. I personally did not know new vehicles have this feature.

It was the best of times and worst of times.nFirst, Ashley upgraded my rental. Awesome. check-in was simple, safe and easy!nSecond, I switched out the rental twice - once because the the luxury car was too big for me and I didn't feel safe. the second time was because a maintenance light came on. I had rented the vehicle because someone wrecked into my car and safety and no red lights were a must.nThird, as I turned in the car, the insurance paperwork needed to be updated. Jake assured me that he would check on it in the morning and that I should have received no bill. However, and this is where the agent turned snippy on me, I did get billed the next morning. Because I was on-line, I received notification within minutes. I called and asked for that charge to be voided until Jake handled it. I was then treated poorly. I was told it would be voided, and then it wasn't. I was hung up on. And in the end, the insurance reimbursed me because Enterprise would not rectify it internally. I was told that there is an enterprise policy that they cannot retract, void, etc a charge. Ridiculous. I should have never received the charge. It let a very sour taste in my mouth, unnecessarily. And the training that reps receive to 'placate' a customer is patronizing and not appreciated.nI will say that I appreciated Jacob's help in exchanging cars. Having just been in a wreck, I was happy to have someone understand. Please extend Jake a 'thank you' for me.

I was surprised to be given a car that was not clean. Čonsidering all the Covid precautions going on right now this should be the #1 customer service priority. I did speak up, and the gentleman took the car for about 20 minutes to clean it. However, while waiting ,you can clearly see they are not separating keys for cars being returned and cars ready to go out. The keys are all going into the same lock box. Keep the dirty ,used keys separate. Problem solved. The staff is very nice and patient. This location is very busy. I gave a 3 because the cars must go out cleaned.
