Been to several car rental companies and a couple of hertz locations during COVID-19. By far this branch had the best customer care, good vehicle variety, pleasant helpful staff and manager.

I am visiting my family from California and I’ve lived there for 4 years so my license is out of state. When I called to confirm my registration at Enterprise, I asked if a debit card was ok to use and they said yes, just warned me of the deposit. After coordinating EARLY morning to get dropped off, I arrived at the Enterprise and they told me I can’t use a debit card with out of state license. Long story short, I called Hertz, they reserved a car for me within 5 minutes and were very friendly from beginning to end. They do allow you to rent with debit card and out of state license, they just do a soft credit check. 5 stars all around to the team that was here the morning after Christmas! Very quick, efficient and hospitable.

The manager was extremely kind and knowledgeable!nThere was an issue with our rental and she went above and beyond to help my family, her customer service is exceptional & I will definitely come back to give this business my patronage. Sarai Evans! Ask for her! She is awesome!

My wife made a reservation to pick up a car at 8:00. They assured her they could have her out the door in time for an appt at 8:30. We arrived at 7:50 and waited for someone to open the doors until 8:10. At that point, we had to leave to make her appt. So I am late for work and she still doesn't have a car. Unacceptable!

Hertz is affordable, go out of their way to assist customer. I have never had a problem w rental or customer service. Unlike enterprise over priced & rude.
