Manger is not helpful.

I had to share my great experience with my Rep. Jody in the Wexford, PA Enterprise office. Since the first day she made contact with me regarding my rental needed for minor body repair to my vehicle, she has been pleasant, informative and made sure I coordinated things with my insurance properly. If her manager reads this review, I would suggest to him or her that you keep Jody around for as long as possible. She's awesome.

Great rental transaction. Staff was very helpful and efficient. Rides were on-time, and whole process went quickly and without any issues.

Had a great experience renting a car from these guys, they answered all of my questions and followed up with a call to let me know my security deposit was being refunded.
