Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Ben and Julia were wonderful to work with. I had to take my vehicle to the dealer for service the day before a trip from PA to FL, and the repair could not be completed before my departure. My extended warranty covers a rental during repairs, and Ben and Julia got me a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan to use for my trip to Florida. The vehicle was wonderful, and the staff was very accommodating. They saved my trip by getting me a car so quickly. They were some of the friendliest people that I’ve dealt with, and they are the reason I will continue to use Enterprise for car rentals. I highly recommend their Allison Park, PA location!

excellent customer service... been renting for a few months now and this location has been nothing but wonderful. Meg and Benjamin and also Nick took care of all my concerns, very clean cars/trucks. I have used Enterprise services for numerous business travel needs but this was the first time for personal use. Due to the pandemic it was recommended we try and bring as much of our weekly supplies as possible to our vacation destination. We needed more space and I chose to rent an SUV. Nick was fantastic to deal with. On the day of pick-up Nick took the time to show me the various models available and the whole rental process was very smooth and efficient. Return was just as smooth and final receipt was emailed to me shortly thereafter.nThe rental made our whole vacation a lot less stressful - thank you Nick and the entire Enterprise team.

We had pre-ordered a full size sedan. When we arrived our choices were an economy car, a small SUV and a very large SUV (free upgrade). We like having a trunk but the economy car itself was way too small. We ended up taking the large SUV but needed to ask for assistance on how some of the options worked, i.e., raising the drivers seat in order to see over the dash. Buttons on the seat itself were not very intuitive. The attendant did help us out but it seemed as if we were a bit of a bother when we asked for some direction. The attendant when we returned the car was very pleasant.

I gave this experience a 1 star not because of the vehicle or the office I rented the car from, the reason I gave enterprise 1 star was due to a policy issue. The issue is I rented the car on a Thursday pick up time at 5:00pm (charged for the full day) through Saturday (drop off 12 noon) well I didn't make the 12 noon drop off time but even if I made the drop off time I still was being charged for a full day for Saturday. However, this still was not the reason for the one star, I turn the car in after hours (office closes at noon) the policy states, they need to charge the renter for Sunday (no office hours) which the car would not have been able to be rented at all on Sunday (free money). But if you think that is bad wait it gets better. The policy also states that when the office opens on Monday (when the charges are finalized) they are to charge me for the full day for Monday even though the car was back on their lot Saturday evening. Now finally if someone comes in on Monday and they rent out the same vehicle they now double dip on this rental. So to sum this up the company made money for a Sunday rental (not even open to rent a car) and the made money on Monday even if they didn't rent the car out that day!!!!
