Our experience in renting a car from Enterprise at the Pittsburgh airport was as flawless as always. We had a late night arrival so the counter was closed but there was a kiosk and signage that we could also go to a different desk for assistance. Check in was easy and quick. The representative that helped us in the garage was very personable and quickly helped us get to know the car and get on our way. Returning the car was just as easy so that we could get on with our travels.
The process of renting the car, picking it up and dropping it back was pretty smooth. The car was in a good condition, would have appreciated more if it was dust free from the outside as well. Other than that the overall experience was amazing.
The experience was exactly as expected. The process was professional and the customer service was top notch! When I returned the car, I forgot my phone in the car and did not realize it until I was checking my luggage. When I returned to the drop off location, the team member acted expediently and retrieved my phone with a smile. I am forever grateful and appreciative for the level of customer service that I experienced. Customer service is something that is rare in today's world. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car!!
In Pittsburg, in the airport, Enterprise has a sign to go to the Budget desk. They were polite and took my drivers license and credit card and sent me to the garage to pick up my car. Greeted by a very profession gentleman from Enterprise. Gave me a choice of two cars and I accepted the Nissan Rogue. A quick inspection of the car and I was off. A very nice driving small SUV. I was heading to Ohio and never thought to ask how toll roads would be handled. I did not bring my toll transponder from my personal vehicle. One was toll by plate. I forgot to ask how that was handled, I assume I will see the two tolls on my credit card. The Ohio part, no CASH, could have used personal transponder, but did accept Credit card for the 75 cent toll. Return was smooth, all employees very polite.
I needed a rental car due to a collision I had the same day that resulted in totaling my SUV. My insurance company is partners with Enterprise, so I received an authorization code to get a vehicle. The towing company was good enough to take me to the closest Enterprise facility located on West Liberty Avenue in Pittsburgh, PA. When we asked the two employees in that facility if they had any vehicles, they said 'No'. We asked if they could call the airport facility and they said that they were too busy. What is surprising is the fact that there wasn't anyone else in the store and no one was on the phone. These two kids couldn't care less about service. On the other hand, the Washington PA facility called shortly after I received the authorization number, but they were too far away for the towing company to take me. I did however return the vehicle I eventually obtained from the airport facility to Washington PA. The gentlemen that took the car back, Christopher, was the same person that called me the day of the accident. He was an exemplary employee and Enterprise should be proud to have him as an employee. However, Enterprise needs to reassess the two employees at the West Liberty facility as they had absolutely NO desire to serve customers. Their attitude was totally unacceptable!!!
