The best rental service out there. The locations I have picked up/dropped off a car from seemed to be very much professional. Being a regular to the locations for renting the car , you may almost always expect a free upgrade (depends on inventory as well). The vehicles are in great shape, neat and clean. Love the app, easy to book a rental and upgrade. No booking charges upfront on the app (pay if you pick up) and easy cancellation. My experience with enterprise has been very much positive thus far and I hope it remains the same.

The car was fine, but when I picked it up it had an overwhelming sent of peppermint, at the time I thought this was part of the cleaning used during Covid-19. I mentioned this to the Enterprise employee, and he just agreed and brushed it off. By that evening the peppermint sent faded away and the real scent it was masking became apparent: a strong cigarette smoke smell lasted the rest of the rental despite me opening windows every day of the rental. I informed Enterprise of the smell the next day, but asked me to address it when I returned the car. I did address it once I returned the car and was compensated $20. I have used Enterprise for years. I am extremely disappointed with this rental experience because I paid in full for a non-smoking car, for which Enterprise gave me a vehicle that they knew was clearly pungent with the smell cigarette. Enterprise - just be truthful with me and if the smell bothers me then let me pick another car of your lot.

Not for the working man... this company sets the bar for keeping rich richer and the poor poorer. Its policies make getting a rentacar almost impossible if your life isn't squeaky clean... as a result all the other companies follow their example. What they don't realize or care about is, that working people would bring them more money because we need the car more than rich people, so we are inclined to be more frequent... what ever, welcome to America!

The vehicle I rented was very nice, roomy, and gas efficiency. I assume the prior renter smoked a lot of Marijuana it was a smell that we couldn’t get out of the vehicle and we couldn’t mask the smell with air fresheners or perfume. I thought that there was a no smoking policy in your cars, just asking.

I was told there were no car and l had to take a 8 passenger truck which was to big, so l immediately return the truck to find out there were two cars available. I was told one was not available because it was dirty, to find out it wasn't, and was given the car with almost no gas and told don't worry about filling it up when l return the car...so it wasn't a very good customer experience and l barely used the car. Maybe a red lobster gift certificate should have been offered to suppress this type of customer service!
