I really want to give the 9003 University Blvd location a 0 star review. The woman who works at this location will say she's giving you a free upgrade, but charge you. Will give you false information when you're asking for clarification on your rental so you do not cancel the reservation. Will not give you time time of day when you call to call her out on her wrong doings and miscommunication. I originally was set to reserve a car for $97 out the door in the beginning of July and I ended up paying upwards of $250 because of this woman and her lack of knowledge on her job. I asked Avis customer service to see if the calls were recorded and I have not received an answer as to if this can be done. This woman refuses to admit anything and she should be ashamed of herself. Also, if you have allergies to dogs please be warned because she keeps her dog in the office. I left there with itchy eyes and hives from the dander. Definitely an awful experience from start to finish. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE! I will update my posting if there is any reconciliation with this issue.

BEWARE OF AVIS LOCATIONnnI am a Non smoker. I My experience was I Booked Compact Car for two days on Price line. Landed at about 11:45pm and they don't have the Compact Car. They gave me SUV for same rate. Great isn't it. But had to wait for 20 mins to get the car because they was cleaning the car at that time. Waited and got the White Chevy SUV. Was really good car but in and out of the car lot of Scratches, black marks. The lady supposed to release the car was so busy she don't have time to check the car. She just wrote on back of the Rental Agreement that this car has scratches, dents etc.,nnI returned the car after 2 days. The guy tooked the car checked everything and he said everything was ok and that's it.nnHere is what they did to me. After 10 days they CHARGED AGAIN 250 dollars on my credit card. If I call the customer service they says that Car had Smoking smell and had to clean up and that's why they charged 250 dollars. THIS CAN HAPPEN WITH YOU TOO so never rent the car at this location
