Mrs Collins is the most amazing owner I have ever worked with. I rent cars often delivering Amazon vehicles. This was great! She goes over and above to make her transaction stress free. Southern hospitality is not only on the south. You will be fortunate to work with her if you ever need a car from her location.
I was in a jam earlier in the week. I called five places before this one and everyone gave me the run around. I called budget last minute maybe, a hour before closing and they told me come in they had a car available. I didn't catch the lady's name that helped me but she was phenomenal. Everything was quick and hassle free. I was so happy and grateful. Customer service was AMAZING AMAZING.
Easiest place to rent a car. I won't go anywhere else. You guys are Awesome
I rent here several times a year. Always helpful and courteous. Car is always ready. And much more reasonable than renting from the airport.
