My rental was a last minute decision, and not only did they have the cheapest price, but the service was excellent. The customer service representative was amicable and knowledgeable. I needed picked up, which was not an issue, and return was stress free: I simply dropped off the key and went on my way. They also keep with COVID guidelines, and let me just say, that car was SPOTLESS. I was impressed, and will definitely would use this service again, and highly recommend it to others.

Enterprise was able to accommodate my needs for a car as I moved out-of-state and shipped my car. I had to make some changes to the reservation and they made it very easy. The price was economical and the car was in good condition.. only a few thousand miles on it. Thank you, Enterprise, for making it easy and affordable.

Received a vehicle drove home it was fine when I went to take it out later that evening it needed breaks really bad... Pulsating when you press on the breaks like they were bout to give out..I called about 35mín before they closed and staff told me they couldn't wait until I got there which would have been 15 to twenty min after closing...Staff picked me up in vehicle so bthey knew the breaks were faulty....Staff told me to call another Enterprise closer to me....Bad customer service I will not b Back....
