The guy at the front desk was so rude and he dnt know how to handle the customer and i was a montly renter for budget and he gave the wrost car and his behaviour was not at all acceptable and i never recomend any one to go this cranberry budget.

Got a truck that was supposed to have a hand truck as you are charged separately for it. By the time I got to my house 30min away I opened the truck to no dolly. I called and he said he would update the account for when I dropped it off to remove the rental fee for it. I get to the drop off and it was never updated I would have to have him correct it before closing out. There was no answer at this location. The phone kept sending me to customer service who can't help before closing account. We had to close it out to make the time deadline and not be charged more for that. That's when they tell me that now that it's closed the original location can no longer credit me the fee. Nice scam they got going.

Wish I would have checked reviews before renting from this location. Every customer in the place had issues. I was charged a full rental even though I had to cancel my rental after 5 miles then was told they are supposed to charge me extra if I dont drive 75+ miles, guy working counter was kind enough not to charge me but seriously?! I was in a bad spot and they took advantage, it's really a shame businesses do this. I wouldnt recommend this particular location to rent.

Avoid this place! Arrived to pick up my rental car and it took over ONE HOUR! The ONE person working here couldn't get the computer to work and had to re-start from scratch 3 times. And then the printer wouldn't work. After 1 hour I walked out the door with NO paperwork and just a key in hand. The car they gave me was FILTHY - food ground into the seat, fried chicken crumbs all over, gum wrappers, the windshield was so dirty that it was hard to see out at night. There is no way this car missed just one cleaning. And then they charged me an additional day plus a ton of fees even though their employee gave me incorrect return time information (of course that was verbal because they gave me NO paperwork). Never again will I go here, and I advise you to avoid it too!
