I showed up to pick up my rental car on a Sunday. I had to wait a minute to be helped but as soon as Richie realized I was waiting he came right over to talk with me and let me know someone would be right with me. Richie and everyone else I encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. Richie was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience getting my car even though they were extremely busy. I really appreciate his help!

We had to rent a larger vehicle to head on vacation and on short notice were able to land a Dodge Grand Caravan with about 20,000 miles. When I picked up the car they allowed me to choose from 3 available. The reservation process was super smooth and the pick up was as well. While I was away on my trip on the first day I received a call from their customer service rep just to check on everything and make sure all was good with the rental. Superior customer service and best pricing and vehicles. I highly recommend if you need a rental that you stop here and reserve one.

The vehicle was very clean and performed faultlessly. The Enterprise staff was friendly, competent, and efficient. However, the vehicle was past due for it's annual PA inspection and the warning light indicating that it required an oil change was on continuously. While not a major issue, it detracts from the confidence that customers should want to feel when taking the vehicle on a trip.

I rarely rent cars, but given my circumstances, I had to in short notice. I say this because I was expecting the process to be very difficult and very stressful. However, my Enterprise Professional, Meghan, proved it to be the exact opposite, neither difficult nor stressful! She was very friendly and walked me through the entire process (including my inquiry call, pick-up, and my closing call). I even had to extend my rental and was expecting to pay more, but Meghan applied a weekly rate which actually saved me money! Excellent customer service! After my experience with Meghan, I would highly recommend Enterprise Warrendale to anyone in the Greater Pittsburgh Area!
