Employees were professional, helpful and friendly. They put up with me exchanging a car because I was uncomfortable in it. Car didn't have a manual in it and that was a problem. First car also had a check engine light come on so I would only recommend that perhaps cars be checked more carefully.

I needed to rent a car for a few days as mine was getting window tint and ceramic coating applied to it. Called enterprise turtle creek, set up was a breeze, they even picked me up at the car shop, when my vehicle was finished they even dropped me off at the car shop. I dealt with Courtney and Sierra. Both were very helpful, professional, charming and cute too. :) Everything with my rental went without any problems. definitely recommend.

I am always treated with respect at the turtle creek location. Staff is fast and friendly!! They always make sure I am taken care of. I recently tried renting from another company and the customer service was terrible. I literally walked out of that office and came right back to enterprise turtle creek! You guys are awesome! Thanks again!!

The staff was pleasant. They also helped us get a perfect vehicle for our long road trip, assessing inventory constantly to be able to rent us the right sized SUV for our needs. The check-out procedure was quite simple and efficient, and our return of the vehicle on the weekend was a drop of the keys. Our invoice came via email, and were we surprised! They gave us a better rental rate than what was agreed upon at the beginning of the rental process. I always rent from Enterprise: their locations are convenient, the rentals easy, and the terms, terrific. Go with Enterprise!

The car was not cleaned outside including tires as I would expect, when rep was asked for a voucher to have car cleaned/refused. The rep didn’t give a detailed review of this luxury cars state of the art technology, I had to call Mercedes Benz dealership locally for instructions, which was done gladly!!! Return of vehicle was quick, and thorough.
