Avis Car Rental

i called to rent a car for a day while my fender was being repaired. was told on phone 100.00 deposit plus rental since it was local when i get there it was a 300.00 deposit plus rental denied telling me a 100. 00 deposit. when i decided to go elsewhere was told good luck it will be atleast a 200.00 deposit anywhere i go. staff was rude and would not let me explain the misunderstanding. wont recommended

The owner and staff are very friendly and very helpful. For years now, we rent trucks regularly and exclusively from this location for our school district's marching band and football programs. Many other local school districts do the same. They've never let us down. They saved my behind recently, when a schedule mixup within our program required us to reserve an additional date on only 24 hours notice, and they came through for us. Because of their great service, I turn to them for my personal rental needs as well. I strongly recommend them.

Not understanding at all. Avoid at all cost. All rules of Avis don’t apply at their branch and they have their own independent rules and that is fine, but at least they should mention that online so the renter is able to know that ahead of time and not get there and know about it by “Surprise”... terrible experience!!!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, who always go out of their way to accommodate you. Best place in the area to go for a rental, as well as a detail. Highly recommended!

Nick, Jay, Susan, and the rest of the staff at this Avis location are some of the friendliest people you could meet. The cars are always very clean and the prices are great. They're always willing to work with you on your needs and the cars are always reliable.
