My experience was smooth and free of any issues. I rented a Chrysler Pacifica for one week. The vehicle was very clean and a joy to drive. I used the website to book the vehicle and then changed it slightly a few weeks later, also online. I got reminder emails and a personal call from the office to assure me everything was ready for me. At the office, staff was friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable operating the minivan. I would use Lower Burrell Enterprise to rent a car again.

Anytime a car is needed be it a work trip, family vacation, or otherwise, I always go to enterprise. Their vehicles are always clean and the staff is always very nice!

Everything went real smooth, I had made a reservation on line, but still needed to provide proof of address since I used a debt card. The Gentleman helped me find what I needed on my phone.

First time I rented from them, I had no radio. When I turned the car in we found the antenna in the glove box. My wife needed to rent a car today but couldn't find her license. I called back and they said since we are married I can grab the car, just bring our insurance info. Took a personal day off of work, went down and they don't have any cars left. Forcing me to take another personal day from work and losing roughly $800.

People were friendly, however the person who had the vehicle I had must have been a smoker. There was a film on the windshield from smoke, there was pop spilled in the backseat cup holder and something was spilled down the drivers door. The could have cleaned the car better before they rented it out. They did refund me $10.80 but I spent over $300 for the rental
