Fast and friendly service! Prices are reasonable and always willing to work with you on return time or extention, but go in or you will reach the call center!
Always lovely and sweet when we return and pick up
The rental process was fast and easy. Customer service was great. I was able to get the car I wanted.
I had a bad experience. I was tented a car with steering/control issues. When I called in to roadside I was advised to continue to drive the car with steerin/control issues 20 more miles to the nearest airport. I couldn't believe my safety didn't matter. Then I was told if I didn't i would have to wait till the next day for roadside to pick up the car then arrange an uber to take me to the airport. More time on my vacation with grandkids ruined!!! Then I was billed for extra day at 92.00 which was more than regular rental when I was told I wouldn't be charged they took off 1 day lost only. Just awful
Dont rent from avis they Over charged. and very rude and customer service is helpless
