Was a pleasure to rent a car, before I rented was the initial car inspection, they acknowledged the few blemishes and minor scratches, ( most car rental services avoid to talking or even mentioning these things because they can charge you for this. I extended one day with the car I had and they keep their agreement on giving back my damage deposits. AND keep the original price, on the return of the car everything was good i got my money back on my card in 2 days, I recommend trying this company, very attentive to costumers than and caring. Thank you for the great experience
The service was great. I was picked up at my hotel by the shuttle service and it took about 10 minutes for the processing of my rental pickup truck. The rental agent did inform me that they had to retrieve the vehicle for an oil check in a few days, but no one contacted me so I keep using it for the remainder of my rental period. Other than that, I was satisfied.
Raheem was AMAZING. I would definitely suggest calling instead of placing a reservation online. Sometimes the online system isn’t up to date and their employees have to frantically find you what you were specifically looking for. Raheem went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure they gave me exactly what I was looking for. I would 100% rent a car through this location again.

Insurance scam!!nThey will treat you like dirt if you have your own full coverage insurance and want to apply it to the rental car.nIt is frustrating going in there knowing they are going to apply sales pressure about bogus insurance needs. You are not taking any more risk driving a rental car with your own full coverage insurance than you are driving your own car with full coverage insurance.nnThey say it’s not insurance they are selling at a 800% mark up. It’s forgiveness they are selling you. Apparently forgiveness has a much higher premium than my $250 deductible. Lol.
