Avis Car Rental

Use this location once or twice a month for work and the staff are always SO friendly and helpful. Would recommend using this location

The gentleman working the counter was one of the most experienced and efficient rental agents in all the years I been renting cars. I have used them all but now, AVIS, Stanwix street, Pittsburgh, Pa, 15222 is the only pickup location I will use from now on.

The guy at the front desk Alan c was very rude. And the bad prt about it he claims he owns that avis and proceeded argued with me and the customer service rep

I received a call 5 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the car and was informed they didn’t have one for me. They couldn’t adjust the reservation for me. I had to call customer service. The woman who I spoke to was accommodating, but I ended up canceling my reservation because I was going to have to go an extra hour round trip to get the car.

I would not recommend this location or this company!the guy that works the front is horrible with customer service. I had an issue with refueling the vehicle due to the push button not working to release the gas door. The guy st the font whose name is Alan, basically told me it was my responsibility to put gas in the vehicle, BUT I COULDN'T PHYSICALLY DO IT. He said I'm just going to charge your card for the fuel and you can call customer service. He wad trying to charge me $103 for 3/4 of a tank of gas!!! Then another employee came into the lobby and he said with a grin, this one is going to need gas too! He said it in a manner as if he was trying to embarrass me. He belittled me and made me feel horrible. I asked him to call customer service and he said he didn't have the time to do that. I asked for a supervisor he said there isn't one. I asked who he called if there was an emergency, he said the corporate office in Virginia!! I have never had such rude customer service!
