Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Renting this vehicle was very easy and efficient. The representative had everything ready for me when they pick me up to get the car. I felt safe that the car was cleaned.

Within 3 days, I reserved a car and 2 hours later they call me saying they will not have the car available. Same day I returned another rental and the rep accused me of smoking on the car because she saw a box of gums in car. Process and type of cars get a 5 stars from me but reps are the face of Enterprise and they have no customer service skills whatsoever.

The SOUTH PARK Road Enterprise office in Bethel Park, PA has EXCEPTIONAL Service. We try to use this location as much as possible.

Had to rent a car for an extended time due to collision repairs. I cannot say enough about the staff at the Bethel Park office. They did an absolutely magnificent job!nnAlso, they did a great job of explaining what the billing process would be through the insurance company. A big thanks to them!
