Budget Car Rental

Have rented a few times from this location without any issues, however; I rented a car on 8/2 with a scheduled return for 8am on 8/5. I was back in town early on 8/4, so I returned the car after hours using the key dropbox at their front door. I received an additional charge as my keys were not checked in until 10am on 8/5. The car and keys were on Budget's premises, prior to the agreed upon return time, it's not my fault that the keys were checked in two hours late. I contacted Budget in regards to this and they advised they would investigate and 'check the camera's', but I received word that they are unable to process a refund. I would consider revising my rating if the refund ends up being processed, as I said earlier, I have used this location with no issues previously.

Had a reservation for 9 am, they weren't properly staffed to accommodate their number of rentals nor did they have a knowledgeable enough team member to handle everything. By 9:30, the team member was still working on the first customer and there was a line of 6 people. Will not return to this location.

Very reasonable rate for a weekend rental.

Have rented from there several times. It is always easy online, and easy, quick, and painless pick-ups and drop-offs. The staff is friendly too. I will continue to come back.

Good pricing nice vehicles. Can't beat it. Drive em like you stole em
