Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I wish I could give more than five stars! I always love renting cars from the Enterprise on route 88 in the South Hills of Pittsburgh! Everyone is always so friendly and kind. They are quick to fix any problems that may arise. They are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure their customers' happiness. The office is very close too which makes it convenient.

Pretty reasonable and economical location. I rented a Chevy Tahoe, which was brand new and it made it to and from Meriden, Mississippi nice and sound. One thing though: There was a bit of dirt on the seats and the service could have benefitted from better cleaning. Otherwise, I give them a solid 4 stars review!

Easy app selection. On sight quick and safe pickup, no hassles. Pleasant customer service, and speedy return. Will definitely be back!

Enterprise provided an inexpensive rental car for me. They met my needs when I was without a car. I had a problem using the windshield wipers. They showed me how. Very kind, pleasant people.

The customer service, I dealt with Chelsea, is great but the overall experience was the most disappointing time I've had with Enterprise. The website kept having an 'error' so booking online was out. The car was mechanically sound but the inside windows were filthy to the point of hazardous. Meh. Either that's the norm nowdays or this location is less than desirable.
