Hertz Car Rental

The rental I received had a tire with a slow leak that I had to continuously add air to. Over the course of 3 weeks I had to stop every other day to put air in the tire. I was never compensated for the inconvenience, they never offered an apology, even worse, I couldn't get a different car. I tried calling to get a new rental car and was never able to get through and speak with a representative. In their outgoing message it said to email the manager which I did and never received a reply or a phone call back. They also charged my debit card without letting me know and overdrew my account. They never called to get payment from my car insurance. It was a whole mess with them, my car insurance, and my bank. The customer service and communication is awful. Renting a car is for convenience and my experience was anything but. The West Mifflin Hertz gets a zero from me. Good luck.
