Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Booked through the app. When I picked up my rental, the process was quick and easy. Customer service was great. Car was clean and exactly what I wanted. Allowed me to keep my personal vehicle parked there until the rental was returned. Overall an effortless process & I will definitely be renting from here for all future rentals!

Wonderful customer service and great service. Appreciate them covering for different offices during Coronavirus. Gwen made the process easy and not stressful at all. I forgot my garage opener when I dropped it off and their team was nice enough to grab it for me and hold so I could pick it up the next day.

The vehicle we rented was nice and it ran very well. It had one flaw in that the passenger side stow-n-go floor latch was broken which made it difficult to open in order to stow the seat underneath it. Gwen was great in calling ahead to remind me of my upcoming reservation. I had an issue with the vehicle and Gwen took excellent care of it.

I rent from Enterprise in West Mifflin, PA a lot. Every vehicle I have rented from them has been amazing. The staff is also amazing as well. If I could give the place more stars I would.
