Avis Car Rental

It was ok! The guy at the counter was nice but they had no cars available until friday. All the rental car companies had this problem.

Small location, but great service and good prices. I only use this location as the go to rental service.

We had an excellent experience here. We originally reserved a Chevy Tahoe to take on vacation and to drop off our son at college. We were upgraded to a Chevy Suburban for the same price. The vehicle was spotlessly clean when we received it and in excellent mechanical condition. We loved having the extra room for cargo and the roominess of the interior of the Suburban. The pickup and return were both quick and easy. Just a very good experience all around.

Terrible service. Rude customer specialist. One of the worst Avis branches of the country.

I have never encountered service like this before. It is 2:56 PM and I came in to rent a car. The man at the desk said he is about to go to lunch. I asked about renting a car then he condescendingly said, “well I guess no lunch for me.” I decided to leave because he obviously didn’t want to help me. The second I left he locked the door and wrote a hand written note on the door... horrible service. I have no idea how they get business.
