Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve been renting with Enterprise for many years. Overall, they are great; the vast majority of the branch offices I’ve visited had very nice people. Unfortunately, there is an historic issue with booking. Even if the portal gives you a confirmation for your booking, you never know whether you are gonna have a car or not until you go to the office or a representative calls you to inform you that they have no car. It happened few times, I had to cancel or move a trip because of this. Their portal should not allow booking a car when there is no availability. Furthermore, I liked the idea of returning the car to a different branch office but, again, after the portal let me select pick-up and drop-off location separately, the branch office called to inform me that I had to return to the same branch. So why the portal allows those option? Just disable that option.

Easy and quick pick up/drop off. They did not have the type of car I requested upon pick up so I was offered an upgrade at the same price. I extended the length of my rental without difficulty. The vehicle was clean and drove well. The staff was friendly.

Would give zero stars if I could. I was charged for a nick in the tire that I did not do. When we walked thru looking at the car before I took it we did not even look at the tires. She rushed through it because the car wasn’t ready when I got there to pick it up. Manager charged me $100 for new tire that I had nothing to do with. It wasn’t flat had like a piece out of it that looked old. I feel he did this to the person before me also

The Female who called me to confirm my reservation was very nice and kind. Upon arriving to pick up my rental, l found out that l couldn't get the vehicle l requested. So they gave me a family van. Upon returning the vehicle the next day, l was told that l was under 2 hours late and that they had to charge me an extra $72.00 for bringing the vehicle back under 2 hours. It's $109.00 per day and l was forced to pay more than half of that amount for being under 2 hours late. The gentleman that took the vehicle back was not friendly and gave me no room for negotiating the less than two hours late. I thought that was very unfair and he wouldn't hear my reason why. If that's your policy, l think it should be changed. We are living in a pandemic which causes everyone to be late and not on thine. I think that you should work with the consumer & not force any person to go to another renral company for lack of compassion..nnThank You.nRobert PiresnPittsburgh, Pa.

If I didn't need to continue renting the car I have now due to my Truck being totaled, trust me I wouldn't. They do not have any incentive for someone going through a hardship. I have rented this car for over 4 months now after my insurance claim was closed. Enterprise has not offered any discounts for my continued rental. The Points has not added up like they should and the only thing I am getting from Enterprise is that they do not have anything to do with the point, well it is your third party vendor and they get the info from Enterprise. Fix the issue, reward me my points. Give me a discount and not keep going up with the price. A loyal continued renter should be given a different package deal then everyone else!!! Almost done!
