Great service

I wanted to rent the smallest gas efficient car and reserved it. I looked over it and 13 inch bald tires werent going to cut it so I asked for an upgrade and paid through the nose for it. I loved it though. It was a Kia K5 and made the drive fun. Expensive lesson

have rented from enterprise in moon quite a few times and have never been disappointed. this last time from check in to vehicle pickup the attendant was friendly, courteous and efficient. and the same at drop off. good job!

Everything was very good with the staff and the car. I was disappointed that I could not return the car Saturday evening or Sunday morning because the rental office closed at noon Saturday. They are also closed on Sunday. I had to pay for an extra day of rental until Monday morning that I didn't need. In the past I could drop off the car and avoid the extra day charge, since the rental lot had a camera to document the time the car was returned. This is no longer allowed. I tried to switch my rental to the nearby Campbell's Run location that is open on Sundays, but they didn't have a car for me there and Enterprise didn't offer to move a car the few miles to that location or allow me to return the car there on Sunday without penalty.

Customer service, timeliness, car cleanliness and reliability are stellar. Staff highly empathetic to having been in a collision. Thank you all. Kudos to Tyler!
