Enterprise Rent-A-Car

When my dad passed away, I used Enterprise to rent a vehicle to take on my trip to SC.nI don’t have any bad to say about them. The reservation, pickup and drop off was simple and easy.nI really appreciated their understanding and helpfulness about me having the vehicle longer than what I had planned.nThe only thing that I wasn’t happy with was the cleanliness of the vehicle. Looked like a bunch of little kids with cookies and drinks were in the back seat!! Yuck !!!!! cleaned the vehicle. Due to the Corona virus situation I thought they would have the vehicles cleaner... I would of given them 5 stars ⭐ufe0f if the vehicle was cleaned!!

Alexander Wertz customer service was poor and inappropriate upon returning a rental. When approached about it, he said he would put me on the DNR list. This is what I get for being a loyal customer at this location for over 16 yrs and nationwide for about 30 yrs.

After finding out on internet it would be $44 a day then showing up and them tacking on another $800 in expenses due to Covid crisis I have no plans to use Enterprise again- not to mention all transactions being done outside the building and no access to a bathroom. I absolutely understand being cautious but how about considerate? No thank you. But guy was nice so 2 stars for me

Rented the vehicle due an accident. After a brief mix, check in was quick. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars, is do to the vehicle smelling like weed.

We Rent cars frequently and unfortunately enterprise is the closest in our area. Cars have usually not been cleaned. Have had much better experiences with Budget and cheaper.
