Asem was a great help he even picked me up from my destination to get the paperwork started at his office at a great last minute price. Would definitely recommend again. Thank you for taking such good care of me

Horrible experience. Car was absolutely dirty and gross. Charged me for insurance twice and said it was my fault. Never walked the car with me. Called costumer service and they said it was my fault. Terrible company. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Nothing notably exceptional at this facility. Easy in/out. Standard “upgrade” up sell that you get at every rental car agency. I left my Zeal sunglasses in the overhead bin and no one has notified me that they found them which is really disappointing.

Horrible service both picking up and returning. I had to wander through a shopping center to find the car. The tire pressure light was on when I picked it up. Staff was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful.

Went in needing a temporary car after mine was stolen, they only had an SUV and I was about to go elsewhere but was told that they could help me out and get me a deal on it to make it affordable for the day to get to work and see my stolen car at the impound. I was quoted $37 and was what I signed for, ended up being charged $95 without warning. The people were nice but I have no patience for false promises. Wont be back.
