Horrible customer service. I already reserved the car, paid for it and they didn't have one for me. They were so rude. AND made me call a number to get my money back. I will advise anyone to just go to enterprise. They are wonderful. Aviod avis at all costs.
Called to get there information and after asking one question the guy said I have customers and hung up on me. Do not recommend rude employees.
After a near death freeway experience Avis missed the mark! Demonstrating a lack of concern amd zero compensation . Bald tires, rain, and poor vehicle maintenance almost took my daughter and my life Sunday afternoon in our rental car. Monday Avis had no record of where car was towed to and weren't able to assist with exchangenNo Bueno
