The car I got had been rear-ended so it had a cracked bumper, the rest of the car had damage all around it. Also, What should have been a $75 rental I got charged hidden fees that came to nearly $200. If you have another option I would suggest using it.
The price was good; the car was good; the Budget staff person was great
Terrible service! I reserved a truck days ahead of time and when I drove an hour to get it they didn’t have the truck... at all. They said they couldn’t do anything. They didn’t call me to let me know they didn’t have it and didn’t offer to get another one. Nothing... When we went to uhaul they told us that that same day 3 other people had come from budget with the same thing happen to them.nDo not waist your time with Budget.
The gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful and was very professional. He also was willing to help with an addional discount on top of the current discount. Clean place as well and was able to get me into the vehicle i originally rented as people were late bringing back vehicles
BEWARE! the owner and operator of this business will tell you wrong information or forget to mention, For example a exact time to return a vehicle at a different location at a different state. I drove almost across the country,and the owner told me I could return the vehicle at anytime on the specific day as long it was within operating hours... Long story short he lied to me so he could make more money from the charges. Will not be getting my business ever again, and I hope nobody else gets taken advantage of like I have.
