Budget Car Rental

DEE was AMAZING! We had a difficult time finding a last minute rental, but Dee made the process so smooth and efficient. She provided the best customer service I have ever received at a car rental counter. Friendly and a delight to meet her after a rough afternoon. Thank you Dee!

Had a great experience with budget in cedar city. The lady at the counter was so nice. They had a car last minute for us. Very honest and very straight forward about policies. Would highly recommend.

I'm not one for leaving reviews, but due to a bad experience with a dealer that "repaired" my semi truck, here I am! (I had to warn the world to stay away from that dealer - but that's another story...) About this place: THE BEST!!! The regular shop that works on my semi truck is in Cedar City, about 2 miles from the airport. (My regular mechanic is also stellar!) I had to drop my truck with him for a few days this past April (amid all of the "lockdowns") and I really didn't want to be confined to a hotel room with nowhere to go. So, on the way down from SLC, I call my (former) favorite, Enterprise - because they pick me up/drop me off at my mechanic's shop. Well...not anymore! During the lockdowns, they shut down both their offices in Cedar City in town, and at the airport, and laid everybody off: customers had returned cars parked everywhere at the airport, and nobody to collect keys! I ended up calling Budget, and Dee answered, and she is a wonderful lady, and went out of the way to get me into a car! They don't pick you up or drop you off, but at least they were there when I needed them, which is more than I can say for the competition. From now on, if I find myself wanting/needing a rental car in Cedar City, I'll be calling Budget, and either walking or cycling to their office because, I need the exercise anyway - and they're a better place to do business with.

I've rented from both Avis and Budget which are sister companies. BOTH companies have the WORST customer service and my experience with both were HORRIBLE. PLUS I rented a child car seat and they gave me a BOOSTER SEAT and said "this is all we have". My child could not ride in this booster seat SAFELY OR LEAGALLY!!! To put my child's safety at risk shows NO CONCERN!!! All I can say is that I just rented a vehicle from Enterprise and paid less money and had NO ISSUES and their customer service was AMAZING and made the process of renting the vehicle super easy!!!

I always enjoy renting from them. Have done so, many times, always a pleasure. She is always professional yet easy to work with. The manager is always customer focused and provides excellent service.
