Alex, top notch customer service. I highly recommend this place. If you need a car rental for the weekend get away this is the place. Rates are reasonable and they are easy to work with. Plus, you can pay with a debit card with a $250 deposit, which you will get back 2 days after you return the vehicle. If you need the car longer it's easy no hassle. Be sure to bring your own full coverage insurance or else you have to purchase theirs. Overall great place and I will always rent from you. Thank you again for having Alex at the counter.
On short notice the staff did a great job of getting us set up with a vehicle that we really needed even over Labor Day weekend. I recommend this thrifty location.
Terrible Service in Spokane! Drove all the way from North Spokane to the valley. Night before we called and asked if they could hold the Jeep Grand Cherokee until earlier next day. We showed up early and another person in front of us was being offered the same vehicle. We explained our situation and the sales rep said sorry, you will not be renting the Jeep. So frustrated for trip now we left and went to Enterprise down the road and was provided a premium SUV for the price of the Jeep with amazing service. Such rude service from Thrify in Spokane Valley 7-2020.
Car smelled like cigarettes when picked up I found a have cigarette in the passenger side door. They told me it was 23.95 for the extra insurance for the length of my rental. When I dropped of the car they said it was 23.95 per day and charged me $350 which I will be disputing with my credit card company. This is a dirty and shady business. I would recommend not ever using this location for thrifty.
