Just showed up at Sacred Heart to pick my Mother up from m radiation (who is in a wheelchair and I transport myself) and Precious Cargo pulled in behind me started cursing and having a fit and falling in it in front of a parking lot full of people. I would never have someone so short tempered and foul mouthed haul a hermit crab for me much less my Mother!!
We rely on cabs daily for medical rides. This company is the worst, the driver ran a RED light asking us to close our eyes. Then told company we were cussing her. She slammed on the brakes, refused to act professional, almost half hour late. Everytime this company picked us up there was problems.

Bob helped to transport my mother almost 300 miles. He went above and beyond to make her comfortable, helped us move her things and even waited patiently for us since the pick up facility didn’t have the necessary paperwork ready. My mother was treated with the utmost respect even though she is non-verbal and unable to move or communicate at all on her own. He also delivered my sunglasses to me that I left in the van. I would give them more stars if that was an option.
