As a result of losing my Id at the airport, I ran into a challenge renting a car. 24 hours later I had my Id. When calling to pick up the car from your company, 1st you charged way more per day than my reservation and your staff wouldn't budge on the price. 2nd, your company sent me to 1 location that when I arrived was supposed to be open, but was not. As a result your staff sent me to another location at Redding airport but couldn't tell me that your office was actually in the airport. So I arrived at your lot and had to search for your office as a result of your staff not knowing that in was inside the airport.
