Avis Car Rental

The vehicle was verywell maintained and ran beautifully. The sevice was efficiant and informative.and im planning a trip across the country and am considering renting another vehicle from avis. Thanks for your service.

I booked through priceline for a price of $130. The car was returned early with a full tank of gas but i was charged $242. I contacted Avis and was told it was due to the gas not being full and I would have to prove it was filled. I called the rental location to verify it was returned full and they verified this. Contacted Avis again and was told oh, its the other car, called the other rental location, unable to reach anyone after over an hour. Finally spoke with someone who verified that car had also been returned full. Contacted avis one last time and was told, oh you arent charged for gas, the charges have been reversed, yet my bill was still $242 rather than $113 and no charges were ever reversed. The original car I received was dirty on the inside and the lot guy said they dont clean the insides

Very easy rental process and loved the car we were given.

After a HORRID experience at Enterprise Rent- A-Car, Bikesh saved the day and our family vacation. I could not have asked for a better experience. After reserving a car at Enterprise 2 weeks in advance, and spending an hour getting everything for payment and paperwork, they then advised us that they did not have our reserved car available. My children were crying, I was upset, and I thought our family vacation was ruined. Thankfully AVIS was open but did close in 15 minutes. Bikesh stayed after and completed the process with me in a record amount of time and was extremely kind and courteous throughout it all. He put us in 2020 Chevy Tahoe, which was more than I ever imagined we would be able to get at such short notice, at a GREAT price. We will be using AVIS for all of our car rental needs. AMAZING SERVICE!! I want to thank him again for all he did to make sure we made it to our vacation.
