Precious Cargo

My father inlaw is currently at a facility in Redding and has been transported since November of 2019 I have heard wonderful things about this company however I don't know if the company has new owners or just floored to terrible service my father inlaw has sit for over an hour every time uncomfortable in his wheelchair waiting to be picked up when we call and speak with the office staff they act surprised. I'm sorry but I know there has to be another service out there but PRECIOUS CARGO QUOTE ON QUOTE they don't treat your family Precious at all!

They started out picking up my father in a timely fashion. Now the wait for the pick up to return him to his facility is routinely 30-45 minutes. Today they claimed they weren't called to pick him up, so either a lie or just truly miserable communication. So here my father sits on his painful hip that he broke just 2 months ago still waiting for pick up 75 minutes after the initial call.

I can't speak highly enough about the good will and character of the owners. They actually assisted in the evacuation of Paradise during the Camp fire, saving lives. If I could give 100 stars, I would. That's what happens when real people own and operate a business.

Wonderful company. Patients are transported by caring professionals who go the extra mile. Staff in the office are also great to work with. Highly recommend this company.
