Renting a car is never fun for me because I hate being liable for a vehicle thats not mine. They were super nice and made check in and check out super easy with no problems!

I decided to opt for a 4 door jeep instead of the Hemi powered pickup and am actually saving money on the daily rental fee. Even though the Jeep was a 2litre it has plenty of get up and go. The steering was very responsive. My favorite part was the removable tops. Everyone else who rode in the Jeep was complaining about the door locks not being electric. I reminded them that the doors are actually removable!

No customer service. No explanation of manual/automatic for Fiat rented. ud83dude44

I don't see how this company could even MANAGE getting a 3.3 star rating. The Hertz rental car company on N. Market is the WORST company I have ever step foot in. The woman I talked to was extremely short with me and I found her RUDE (she doesn't belong at this company if she can't deliver good customer service) and I also feel that this company LIES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. Wasted my time at 19 years old (almost 20) trying to get a rental because I have no other vehicle as my own is in the repair shop BECAUSE THEIR WEBSITE MISLEAD ME AND TOLD ME ANYONE OVER 18 COULD RENT A CAR. I guess not because she was extremely set on telling me it is 21 and over... Sorry, I don't write kind reviews about companies that lie. I desperately need a car and although I am a full time college student with an excellent credit score, I was still denied. I will never respect this company or anyone who works here. I hated my experience here, and I also think you need to reevaluate who you hire, because your staff are inadequate. Thanks for ruining my experience with your company, Hertz! I really appreciate having my time wasted :)
