Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Brittany, the employee on duty, not only stayed after hours to make sure all of my loose ends were tied up, but also gave me a ride over to the local Wal-Mart so that I wouldn't miss my bus into Chester. I am beyond grateful. Thank you so much again Brittany!

Made a reservation online for an emergency, go to pick the car up and they had no vehicles to rent at all. My suggestion would be call and make sure they have vehicle to rent at the location. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Best car rental ever. The employees have a small town mentality. This isn't an insult, they are super friendly and go the extra mile to assist their customers.
