Enterprise was extremely helpful! They not only helped me with my rental! They even introduced me to their car sales business and help me get into and purchase the car I’ve always realistically wanted! Would not have been able to do that at a dealership! I had a great experience, everyone was friendly, accommodating and got me into my rental quickly! Drop off was simple and took only a few minutes.

Two-week car rental & NO pick-up or drop-off service so I had to take a cab to & from Enterprise which cost me an extra $100. Ridiculous! Liked the vehicle a lot but it wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been. The staff is friendly while they're telling you what they won't do for you. Better customer service is definitely needed in Eureka.
