Budget Car Rental

I rented the car and everything was great. I filled the fuel back up before returning it. Only used 1 gallon as we didn't use the car much. After returning the car I was charge $16 for fuel when the fuel was full upon return. I took a chance using a different place this time and definitely will not do that again. Alamo will continue to get my business from now on.

This was my first experience using Budget. The combination with my amazon prime account and a gift card after my rental was awesome. Fast pass and rapid return made the pickup and drop of so easy and paying in advance and saving was awesome. I also love that Budget offers Jeep Wranglers which are almost a necessity when I go visit my BFF in Idaho! Thank you and we will be using you again!!

The staff in both Spokane, WA and in Denver were super friendly. The vehicle we rented was more than we expected and the price was good. We will definitely rent from Budget again in the future.

The lady at the counter was great (Avis since it was late) and had some good advice and suggestions for driving in wintry weather. She advised I upgrade to the Ford Edge for AWD. I loved it - I felt very safe driving in the snowy conditions. Also, I liked that the car was cleared of snow and had the windscreen scraper ready - didn't expect that much thinking ahead.

This was my first time using Budget and I will not use it again. I arrived at the pick up location at my scheduled time and they told me they didn't have a car available for me and I'd have to wait. I waited over an 1 hour after my scheduled time. Finally they got me a vehicle however it was a pickup truck and I specifically paid for a mid-size. I told them I do not feel comfortable driving a truck and they said that's all they have and I'd have to wait another hour for another vehicle. I then was charged double for my rental. I've tried calling customer service and they said a manager will call me. No manager has called me yet.
