National Car Rental

We had planned a trip to Yellowstone and since that was going to require ALLOT of driving with a family of five we decided to rent a mini van. When we arrived 11PM I was greeted by a great agent and expecting to be put in a Caravan but was pleasantly surprised to be placed in a top line Sienna with leather seats, sun roof, dual AC, you name it this van had it! We ended up driving 1800 miles and without something this comfortable it would have been a completely different trip. When we returned drop off was convenient and quick. Great job National!

For 15 years I have rented from National exclusively, and consistently find their service to be exceptional, their cars clean, well-maintained and low-mileage. I particularly like being able to walk directly to the lot without standing in a line at the counter and having the choice of cars available. This particular rental was a brand-new car with only 9 miles on it. Thanks, National!

Made reservations one month prior. My family and I waited for 20 minutes in the National line before being recognized. We were told several all times that we would be helped next. Then we were told to move over to the Enterprise Rental car line which put us at the end of a very long line. After getting helped at the desk were were told we had to wait another 15 minutes as our vehicle was not ready. We waited a total of one hour after we landed in Spokane to get our car.

Outstanding service! There was a long line and only on woman working the front counter. She was extremely fast and efficient. I thought we would have to wait a long time but we waited less than 20 minutes. The car was perfect! The return was fast and easy! I highly recommend National to rent a car.

The staff at Spokane airport were great. I had made a mistake on my reservation and had booked it for the day before we got there. They were able to shift on the fly and get us a car. Thanks the the staff. Very professional and great service.
