Alamo was the best. Smooth check in/out, staff was very friendly. Beautiful cars to choose from at time of pick up. We weren't just handed the keys to a car they let us choose between 5. So of course we picked the Charger, not to mention they were by far the cheapest.
We reserved a one-way rental out of Spokane WA. The agent was extremely nice and since the vehicle we had reserved was not ready we received an upgrade. The car was clean and the minor damage to the vehicle was properly marked so when returning the vehicle the agent was aware the damage was prior to our rental. Rates and service were all very good.
Quick service even with all that's going on in the world. Associates were all very nice and fast in getting each customer in and out even sith it being a Sunday and possibly a little busy. Vehicle was clean and ran great.
No complaints here! Check-in and return was super easy. Car was super clean. Absolutely no issues out driving. I’ll choose Alamo rental again!
