Hertz

There was nothing to complain about. The car I booked was not available so I got upgraded with no extra charge. Great people and clean car.nn+ (Oct 9) I rented a car again from here and felt the same way. The car was exceptionally clean. Since they didn't have the car I booked, they upgraded it without any extra charge. They offered me a good deal of getting bmw with $20 additional fee though I didn't take it. I still loved the car I got!

I returned a car at 4 yesterday to find no parking anywhere, I left and sat down the street so I would'nt get in trouble for parking in one of the spots that said no hertz parking. I tried the number on the door as well as the regular hertz number with no success?? I cleaned the car inside really well..but was I supposed to wash the outside as well???? So I parked the car maybe somewhere I wasn't supposed too..I brought it back maybe dirty???? and I guess late because I was calling Hertz from a parking lot?? we will see how it turns out when I call them at 8?? I hope for the best, we rented a mini van and we really loved it. I'm hoping I will not have to change m y review lol

Staff was kind and accommodating. The Google maps directions need updating as there has been some road construction and a new median that requires doing a U-turn at the next stoplight. If you are being dropped off you need to park on the street as the lots are for neighboring businesses.

I bought a used certified car from HERTZ. The experience was initially smooth; Olga let us try different cars without any pressure.nUnfortunately, I discovered some technical issues on it during a professional inspection that I payed for and that I was not expecting with such a certified vehicle.nI decided to return the car and leverage the buy-back return. Then they announced me that I will have to wait for 4 to 8 weeks to get my money back. Be aware about this huge delay if you think you might need this warranty. As of today, they owe me the price of a car and the manager was not even able to guarantee I would get my money in the 8 weeks delay! I also really disliked that the manager tried to dissuade me from returning the car with reasons that were obviously gross pretexts. I came anyway and the return process was actually fast and streamlined, but as of today I am still waiting for my money. Be careful.

Let me start by saying the staff was extremely friendly and they are the reason Hertz is getting 2 stars. They were severely understaffed and I honestly felt bad for them. My largest issue was that the car I reserved was not available for me. I have experienced this in the past with other rental car companies like Enterprise. And in those experiences, they have upgraded me to a different vehicle at no additional cost. This was NOT the case here. The car they did have was more expensive and they were not willing to budge from this increase in price. This felt like bait and switch. I will never use Hertz again.
