It was mostly fine. They staff is always very nice.nI was frustrated because I was supposedly reserving a large sedan, I forget what you call that grade, but its the big ones.nAnyhow, when I got there to pick it up all they had were vans and a Corolla. Not what I wanted at all. I need a roomy seat and space behind the wheel. Vans though big, are not roomy in the front and the Corolla was barely adequate, not an enjoyable car to drive.nI was not late, in fact I was a bit early.
In and out and on my way super quick! Was treated very well and will definitely return when the need arises! Lowest price around for an all wheel drive.
Enterprise is the best. The staff members are nice. They also have cars you can choose from. I will give this place 11/10
Pick up from airport and drop off was good. The wait then in line was long especially having prepaid. I was told I was going to get an upgrade due to issues with my previous rental. Was given a compact where on the site both compact and standard was same price
My husband and I have rented a lot of cars through this company.nThis location exactly many times.nToday we were told we weren't allowed to use their store anymore.nBecause we used my debitt card with his licence.nWe've never had an issue untill today and we were told it's always been there policy.nWe have well over 2000 points from using their service and I have never had this issue.nThey were quite rude and we called the Everett Mall location and Jesse was who helped us and handled it very well. He took over reservation and we got things figured out.nI suggest you teach all the employees how to act like this wonderful man.
