I got into an accident and Enterprise in the next city picked me up and drove me to their location. I had a pleasant conversation with the driver and he even suggested that I look into Enterprise car sales if I was looking for new cars. I had planned to keep the car for only 1 day but then ended up using it another day. I simply called the location and they nicely approved me for one more day. At the end of my 2nd day, I ended up dropping my car off at a location 1 hr away with no issues. I am happily satisfied with how friendly and easy the return process was and I will always recommend Enterprise Rent A Car to everyone.

Excellent Customer Service! ..Get you in a vehicle very fast. The vehicles are clean and wiped down to prevent Covid.

My daughter, son, and myself took a trip to Idaho for a basketball tournament last month. I didnt have a ton of money for this trip so instead of renting my usual luxury suv, I decided to get a cheaper standard vehicle. I made reservations and selected a Ford fusion from the Snohomish Enterprise in Washington state. Not super stoked about being cramped up in the fusion for this 8hr drive. My wife went and picked up the vehicle and I was on my way home from work. When I pulled up on the driveway I couldn't believe my eyes. They didn't have a fusion and decided to give me a flicking Charger instead. The Idaho trip was amazing and me and my family got to enjoy a super awesome Charger. Thks Snohomish Enterprise! Customer service was fine, it always is. My problem with my last rental was the 2.5x markup from the last time I rented a similar car just because it was a holiday weekend. And it doesn't seem to be from high demand as this was the first time I didn't need to look through the inventory of 3 nearby locations just to find a car. Last time I got an economy rental it was $18.97 per day. This time it was $45.97 per day initial pricing. The next tier up (Compact Car) was $46 per day, only $0.03 more per day due to the markup. Usually I don't car too much about holiday pricing for things but that much of an increase is tantamount to straight up price gouging. Again, customer service was fine, I had no problem with the employee who helped me, just the ridiculous price changes.
